Matt Rovelli brings more than 25 years of experience advising high-growth consumer companies on M&A, capital raises, and strategic moves through the ever-changing competitive landscape—where markets swing from bullish tailwinds that accelerate and maximize exits to tougher, out-of-favor cycles which require creative and nimble execution.
He joined Harrison Co. in late 2025 to help expand the firm’s coverage in Food & Beverage, Nutrition & Wellness, and Active Lifestyle sectors, bringing deep expertise to support founder-led and family-owned companies in seizing opportunities and achieving strong outcomes.
Matt’s career includes key leadership roles: most recently Managing Director and Head of North American Consumer Investment Banking at Carlsquare, LLC; prior to that, he was a Managing Director at North Point M&A; nearly a decade as Managing Director in Cowen’s (now TD Cowen) Consumer group, where he led the firm’s Consumer Health & Wellness practice; and earlier as Managing Director at Bear Stearns. Throughout, he has remained dedicated to partnering with founders and entrepreneurs, offering candid advice, and delivering impactful results.
Matt is based in Houston, Texas. He holds an MBA from Rice University where he was a Jones Scholar and a BA in Economics from Colgate University. He is excited to collaborate with operators building the future of consumer healthy living who share the same drive and preparation.
